At Worship with Wonders Church, we believe serving is more than an act; it’s a calling. Jesus modeled true leadership by serving others with humility and love. On the night before He was crucified, Jesus washed the feet of His disciples—a powerful act that showed what leadership in God’s Kingdom truly looks like.
In John 13:14-15 (NIV), Jesus says, “Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.”
This was a lesson in living with a heart of service. The greatest leaders in the Kingdom are those who serve. As we serve, we reflect Christ’s love and invite others to encounter His heart.
As a servant leader at 3WC, you become part of something greater—helping hearts be healed, lives transformed, and the love of Jesus made known. Let’s lead like Jesus with our teams through love, humility, and service.
Areas to Serve

Online Campus Team
Mission: Servant leaders on the Online Campus Team are responsible for hosting our online services, ensuring online guests are welcomed, seen, and included in our worship experiences. We work to make sure we carry the heart and spirit of 3WC to those who attend virtually.

Parking & Transportation Team
Mission: The Parking and Transportation Team serves as the initial point of contact for individuals arriving at 3WC, extending a warm welcome to everyone who joins us. Individuals with a CDL and P endorsement are particularly valuable for fulfilling this crucial need.
Service Details:
- Welcome guests on and off the property
- Direct traffic
- Oversee safe and efficient parking experience
- Transport guests for off-site parking, church pick-ups, and events
- Shadow Sunday available
Production Team
Mission: Our Production Team plays a vital role in enhancing, supporting, and sharing the overall worship experience. Our production team makes it possible for our worship services and events to extend the word of Jesus to reach a global audience.
Service Details:
- Worship light technician
- Support worship through various visual elements
- Operate camera to record worship
- Manage social media feeds
- Shadow Sunday available
Servant Leader Experience Team
Mission: The focus of our Servant Leader Experience Team is to drive end-to-end support to both our current Servant Leaders and those interested in serving at 3WC. The goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment that our Servant Leaders can grow and thrive in.
Service Details:
- Assist with check-in
- Connect interested leaders with service opportunities
- Provide support to church service teams
- Must have attended 3WC for a minimum of 6 months
- Shadow Sunday available
Service Ushers
Mission: Our team of Ushers warmly assist guests, providing a seamless experience for attendees. They create a positive and distraction-free service environment, so all guests can enjoy focused time with the Lord.
Service Details:
- Assist guests to their seats
- Facilitating the offering
- Ensure church service runs smoothly and efficiently
- Shadow Sunday available
Welcome Team
Mission: The Welcome Team is our team of Greeters and Connectors who are dedicated to enhancing the guest experience at 3WC, shaping initial impressions and creating a positive experience for our members and visitors.
Service Details:
- Greet and connect with church attendees
- Cultivate a warm atmosphere through engagement
- Assist with navigation, answering any questions
- Shadow Sunday available
Wonder Kids Team
Mission: Servant Leaders on our Wonder Kids team are planting the seeds of tomorrow. We work to lay a firm spiritual foundation in the lives of our children so they may one day know and preach the word of God.
Service Details & Opportunities:
- Greeter and check-in volunteers
- Small group leader or teacher
- Music & worship leader
- Production & media creation
- Administrative tasks
- Recommended age 15+
- Must have attended 3WC for a minimum of 6 months
- Meet and greet before the scheduled Shadow
