Can I rent out just one of the available spaces?
Yes! All of our spaces are available for rent individually and/or collectively.
What is included in the rental fee?
Parking, Security, On-site Building Coordinator (responsible for building support only during your event, not event planning/coordination) and our in-house inventory of tables and chairs (depending on the space). Additional services (listed above) can be added to your rental fee as requested.
Am I allowed to use my own vendors (caterer/florist/designer)?
Yes, but you must provide their name and contact information at least 15 days before your event and they must abide by all our policies and procedures for their vendor area. These policies and procedures will be provided to you at the time of booking.
Can I add additional time to my rental after booking?
Additional time may be requested at least 5 days before your event, but is subject to space availability.
Do you allow long-term rentals?
Yes! We will consider requests for longer term rentals for churches and other entities needing space to gather on a regular basis. This, however, is subject to space availability and the discretion of our pastors.
Can I serve alcohol and/or play secular music at my event?
No. Our property is a sacred place where the Holy Spirit dwells and God’s people gather week after week to experience His presence. As such, we fully believe in honoring the Lord in all that we do, including what takes place on our property when it is rented by others.
We are a completely dry venue, meaning we do not allow alcohol or any other types of drug/substance use on our property.
We also do not allow secular music. All renters must provide a playlist of the music you intend to play for approval prior to your event.
